According to Transfer Expert Di Marzio, Inter Milan Have New Targets for Central Defense, Eyeing Tomás Palacios from Talleres and Mikayil Faye from Barcelona
The 21-year-old Tomás Palacios is currently on loan at Argentine Primera División club Independiente Rivadavia. Standing at 1.96 meters tall, he is a left-footed center-back. Palacios joined Independiente Rivadavia on loan in January of this year, and so far in the 2024 season, he has made 9 appearances in the Argentine league.
The 20-year-old Mikayil Faye is also a left-footed center-back. Last season, he played for Barça Atlètic in the Spanish third division, making 35 appearances, all as a starter, and scoring 4 goals.
According to Di Marzio, both Tomás Palacios and Mikayil Faye are now on Inter Milan's transfer list as potential new central defenders, though no final decision has been made yet.
